Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj', meaning to yoke or unite.  At its essence, yoga is about you helping you to find unity, a real connection, between your body and mind.

Morning Mindset and Movement

Monday mornings, 7am to 7:30am

A 30-minute Monday morning flow practice to help you set your intentions for the week, move intentionally, and manage your mindset.

Mat required. Blocks, bricks and belts may be useful to assist your practice but are not a requirement.

A 90-minute practice to help you to connect to your mind and body through the use of poses (asana), meditation and breathing (pranayama).

Deep Relax With Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a conscious sleep, a yogic sleep to help you relax, let go and find calm.

Join from your mat, your sofa or your bed.

Blankets, bolsters/cushions, and comfort advised.

Private one to one yoga sessions

Per session

Book a private yoga session to help you develop or deepen your own practice, for privacy or just to learn in a different way.

Sessions are via zoom, dress comfortably.
