Goal Setting - That actually works

I'm often asked how I get so much done, and today I want to share that with you. I've reached Burnout twice, and I don't mean just feeling burned out and exhausted, I mean Burnout, chronic stress. And this resulted in two physical and one mental serious health condition.

I'm still driven, and passionate, and want to do more to help others, build my business, and Banish Burnout. And I do achieve a lot. But, I know I'll never reach Burnout again.
