Boreout at the Bottom, Burnout at the Top
The World Health Organization tells us that burnout is a workplace phenomenon, but the reality is far more serious.
Many people are confusing tiredness, and exhaustion, even needing a holiday, as Burnout, and yet, it's more of a nervous system shutdown.
Using a simple stress scale, I'll explain Boreout at one end of the scale, and Burnout as what happens when we fall off the edge.
