FRAZZLED is my unfiltered, unedited, unscripted, weekly permission to let go of perfection, and talk about burnout as I see it, as I know it, as I lived it, and what my life is like after burnout.

I talk about the chaos, the ups and downs and the wins and the challenges, in the hope that when we know burnout, we can end it.

Each week, I break down what’s really going on in our lives, work and leadership when burnout shows up - and what we can do about it.
