The Master
Burnout Coach
For coaches who know that burnout is their field, and are ready to step into it fully.
You’ve tried on other titles:
Leadership Coach. Performance Coach. wellbeing specialist. Burnout-Informed.
And you’ve bought the website domains, and written the LinkedIn headlines to match.
Each one fits.
But not completely.
And you’re not hesitating because you don’t understand burnout, but because you do.
You’ve lived it.
You remember functioning whilst you felt like you were disappearing from your own life. You remember working, and pushing and delivering whilst your body was keeping the score. And you know the the cost and the consequencing of what happens when burnout is missed, or worse still, ignored.
You know what happens when someone is pushed towards another goal when they should have been protected.
And because you know all of this, you refuse to claim '“specialist” lightly.
SO You circle.
You write the post, you soften the language and you publish the website.
You hover over “Burnout Specialist” in your bio and change it something else, something broader.
You watch coaches with less depth, less lived experience, and less training call themselves experts, and you don’t judge, you just won’t do it that way.
There’s also a quieter thought though and this one you don’t say out loud.
“What if I’m not ready?”
“What if I step in publicly and I’m challenged?”
“What if I get it wrong — and someone pays the price?”
That last one.
That’s the one that matters.
It’s not doubt.
It’s integrity.
“Kelly not only brings her passion to the table (and she does that in spades), but so much well considered research and experience on a topic that could impact us all. She holds the space so authentically and with compassion; I learnt about burnout, myself and my clients and left feeling more determined than ever to help others.”
— Roz Davies
THE RESPONSIBILITY FEELS REAL.
A client says “I just need to push through this quarter”
You hear the strain in it, you know it isn’t simple, you’re not confused about what burnout looks like, you’re considering the intervention.
How hard do you interrupt this?
When do you challenge?
Do you stabilise first?
The session ends well. They thank you. They say it was helpful. You close your laptop. And you sit there for a moment. Not because it went badly. But you know there was more.
You don’t want to keep guessing at how to do this work. You want to do it properly. And not just properly, but morally, ethically and safely.
And for that to happen, you need the skills, the knowledge and the architecture to make that happen.
THE MASTER BURNOUT COACH
IS FOR THAT DECISION.
Not the decision to “add burnout” to your niche, but the decision to make burnout the niche, because you know it’s time to move from informed, to leading.
HERE’s WHAT MOST COACHES HAVeN’T FULLY FACED.
Burnout, as it is currently defined in professional training, does not match what is happening inside high-performance rooms.
The definitions are neat, but the lived reality isn’t. Most burnout models were built for resourced nervous systems.
Your clients are still delivering, still performing and still saying they’re fine.
But underneath the shiny and polished exterior, inside is:
Depletion.
Cognitive compromise.
Identity fused to output.
A nervous system running on threat.
Models that work at the surface begin to wobble here.
You’ve felt it. You may have invested thousands and still felt the gap. Still hesitated before claiming the title.
That gap is the standard of what’s been available.
I built this programme because I lived that gap too. I burned out. Twice. I was coached by skilled professionals and nothing about their coaching was negligent.
Burnout doesn’t require bad coaching for it to take hold, it requires unadjusted coaching.
So I spent over a decade building what did not exist.
In rooms where the cost of getting it wrong was real.
Not to build another training, but to build the one that didn’t exist.
This isn’t entry level work.
Nobody is here to explore whether burnout is real, you already know it is, and you want the skills to match the responsibility.
During the 12 months and beyond, things becomes clear.
You stop qualifying your authority and you stop softening your language.
You stop circling the title, of specialist and not because you decided to be louder, but because your depth supports it.
Your decisions in sessions no longer wobble.
When someone challenges you, you become precise
And the experience you lived becomes the foundation, not the thing that holds you back.
The thing you stand on.
“The programme has given me some much needed time to focus on my coaching practice, as well as some absolutely phenomenal new inclusions for my coaching sessions.
The focus on neuroscience and being burnout informed has absolutely changed the game for me in terms of how I work with my clients.”
— Michelle Hartley
THE ROOM YOU’LL BE IN.
It’s selective, and not for exclusivity, but for depth.
These are coaches who:
• Already work in high-performance spaces
• Have invested substantially in their development
• Have chosen burnout as a field
• Expect to be challenged
The conversations are case-specific.
Held to a standard that matches the weight of the work.
This is not a course you take now and apply later.
It is a professional environment you step into.
YOU DON’T WANT MORE TOOLS.
You want to stop doubting and wondering.
Inside the Master Burnout Coach, we don’t add techniques.
We change how you see.
You stop asking better questions and you start assessing whether the client can access their own answers at all.
You stop sequencing from goals and you start sequencing from state.
You stop hesitating over whether to challenge and you know when to stabilise.
You know when to stretch and you know when to refer.
You stop worrying about overstepping and you know exactly where the coaching line is - and you hold it.
This is not adding to your toolkit, it’s transforming how you coach.
THE PROGRAMME.
This isn’t a content library you consume.
It’s a year where your practice is built under supervision so that you’re not guessing in sessions.
For 12 months, you’re in:
Weekly live training (3 hours).
Not theory. Application. Sequencing. Real burnout rooms, not neat case studies.
1:1 sessions + direct feedback with me.
So your judgement is sharpened in the places you currently feel that niggle.
Peer coaching, supervision and feedback.
Because mastery is built in a room where other experienced coaches can see what you can’t.
A monthly Q&A.
For the cases you can’t “park until Monday.”
Monthly group supervision from Module 4 onwards.
Where we hold real client work to a professional standard - together.
Lifetime access to the Burnout Coach Collective.
A long-term professional home in this field, not a one-year experience you graduate from and lose.
Accreditation.
Not as a badge. As a line you can stand behind.
A website listing.
So when people look for someone who can hold burnout properly, they can find you.
WHY NOW?
Burnout is embedding in leadership culture, in founder spaces and in performance environments that still measure output without understanding depletion. It’s everywhere, in every workplace.
The coaching field is not keeping pace.
Most burnout training explains the problem.
Few coaches know how to sequence inside it.
The coaches who lead here, with rigour and ethical precision, are defining the next standard.
The standard is rising.
The question is whether your architecture matches it.
WHY here?
Because burnout exposes where traditional models were never designed to operate.
This programme was built from lived consequence, from coaching over 700 leaders through burnout, from studying what chronic stress does to the brain and body, from recognising that burnout requires architecture, not adaptation.
And over a decade of building an integrated standard for this field.
Burnoutology exists because the gap was real.
And I chose not to ignore it.
WHY YOU?
Because you’ve already done the hard part.
You chose this field before it was easy.
You stayed when the training wasn’t good enough.
You kept showing up in rooms where the weight was real.
You don’t need convincing that burnout matters.
You need the architecture that matches what you already know.
You can continue working well in this space or you can build the structure that allows you to lead it.
“Kelly taught me so many tools that I could use with my clients that have added incredible impact on each persons journey with burnout. From understanding the science behind burnout to tools and techniques to increase clients awareness of when stress is peaking & ways to expand their capacity to cope with these moments in life - it has been game changing.
Not only did this work support my clients, but it also helped me to realise where I still needed to focus on my own journey and learn techniques that I could implement to help me continue to prevent burnout.
— Evie Brockwell
TWELVE MONTHS FROM NOW.
You don’t feel different - you are different. How you coach is different, how you lead is different, how you talk about and educate others about burnout is different.
You walk into a session and you are not scanning for whether you are “getting it right.”
You are reading state.
You are calibrating capacity.
You are deciding sequence.
When a client says, “I just need to push through,” you do not hesitate.
You know whether to interrupt.
You know whether to stabilise.
You know whether to refer.
And when the session ends, you do not sit replaying it.
You do not wonder what you missed.
You do not question whether you pushed too hard, or not hard enough.
You sleep.
Because your judgement is structured.
Because your decisions are sequenced.
Because your architecture holds.
Other coaches refer to you not because you are louder but because you know.
Because when burnout is in the room, you just know.
That is what this programme builds.
12 MONTHS.
Live weekly teaching.
A selective cohort designed for depth.
This is not a content library.
It is a professional threshold.
Investment: £12,000

“If I thought I was aware before, I was wrong. Kelly knows her stuff - she's lived and breathed it and done a huge amount of work to deeply develop her knowledge, understanding and the support she provides.”
