    She has pioneered a new methodology, Optimal Energy® Coaching, which is based on her MA research and book ‘Coaching for Optimal Energy: A guide for executive coaches’. This addresses client energy levels with a focus on how this influences how they perform, feel, behave and impact others.

     

    Viv is an EMCC Master Coach, has a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring, BSc in Psychology, is an Accredited Burnout Awareness Coach with the Burnout Academy, has a diploma in coach supervision and a post graduate diploma in counselling.
